At Victory Puzzles, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Hand over your package to any authorized carrier location listed on your return label and ensure you keep a copy of your drop-off receipt.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Our team will inspect the items within 5 business days of arrival, after which your refund will be processed or your new exchange order will be shipped.
